I recently used this company's services before I moved in to a flat and I can say I'm greatly impressed of how they clean this good and fast. They arrived on time.The carpets of the flat looks disgusting and unacceptable. They washed the carpets so good now that I feel better about my toddler is playing on the carpets now. I contacted this business to arrange a quote and to schedule a regular fortnightly clean, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company, the times to cover the "meet and greet" and the cleaning was to suit the company not us (early AM), we work from home in the morning, we worked around a 8.30 am slot for them to attend the first visit.I was offered three slots they could schedule us for a regular clean last night, one was for a Wednesday at 11:30am, I messaged them to say I would need to check and come back to them I managed to swap our Wednesday morning shift to suit them attending at 11:30, I messaged them this morning, to be informed there appointments are now taken, so they offered me availability and I had to make changes to suit them before I could confirm, instead of them checking I did not wish to book, they gave the availability away, within several hours, now I have to change everything back!Not accommodating and lack of customer service!

I must share my experience, My carpets were badly in need of a deep clean the joys of having 3 young children ! I contacted Dust busters on the Saturday and they were able to come on the Monday.On the day I was working from home and Micheal ensured while he was cleaning the carpets i was not disrupted and also managed my expectations of the finish beforehand which gave me a level of reassurance . To be honest carpets came out a lot better than i expected and this was all done at a very reasonable price.I would highly recommend their services
